Save Our Tips!

Missouri’s new minimum wage law requires employers to pay tipped employees a minimum of $3.25 per hour cash. Tips are paid on top of $3.25 and must add up to a minimum of $6.50/hour. This wage went into effect January 1, 2007. If you did not get the raise until later in the year, you are entitled to back pay retroactive to January 1, 2007.

Are you a tipped employee? Let us know if you got your raise. Please fill out the survey below.
