Matt Blunt this will be the fourth year in a row for the Missouri Governor to be nominated as Grinch of the Year.  Organizations nominating Blunt cite his role gutting the state’s workers’ comp system, and his extreme policies targeting immigrant communities for racial profiling by police and other authorities.  Further, Blunt characterized a landmark ruling by the Missouri Supreme Court restoring union rights to public employees as "reckess", "Terrible" and "Judicial activism".
